Biography
En. Mohd Na’im bin Ab. Kadir @ Ismail is a Legal Officer cum Assistant Registrar at TATI University College Sdn. Bhd. (UC TATI). He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Diploma from Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA). He has professional experience in higher education administration with a strong focus on legal and regulatory matters. His responsibilities include managing general administrative and governance matters of the university, supporting institutional operations, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, as well as providing legal and policy advice to university departments and drafting and reviewing legal documents. In addition to his administrative and legal roles, he is also involved in academia as a lecturer for elective MPU (Mata Pelajaran Pengajian Umum) subjects, contributing to the holistic development of students through interdisciplinary and values-based education.
